Payment confirmation and verification of delivery/billing address will ensure the confirmation of your order. Post this, there will be a binding legal contract between us.

Once your item has been shipped, we will also send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way and send you the shipping code for you to track the order.

Your order will be dispatched within a specified number of business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will not accept its cancelation. Kindly refer In case of order cancelation post shipment, you might pay the bank charges.  if the product is in stock. If it is made to order, please allow a 3-4 weeks lead time (plus shipping time). Please be aware that we keep our stock to a minimum as we prioritize small-batch production to ensure the lifespan and quality of our products.-Not Required

For any reason concerning our inability to fulfill your order or process your payment, we send out a notification as soon as possible.

Recliners N More is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages Why. All our products are insured for transit damage till receipt of the goods. In case of any damage, please mention it's on the docket before accepting it or you may return it without accepting the box.

INSTALLATION POLICY

All our products are very easy to install and hardly take a few minutes. So, we suggest installation be done at your end. In case of any help, you can check our installation tutorials on our YouTube page(Page Link).

However, if you want us to install it, it will incur charges as per the company's prevailing rates subject to location and product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted. Our return and refund policies are as below:-
Once an order is placed but not dispatched – a return is possible, but the refund will be with a bank charges deduction.

Once an order is dispatched – A return is not possible within the transit time.

Shipping Timeframes:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 3 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping options based on the city to accommodate your needs
  • Delhi NCR Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before confirming your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

If the product is delivered – A refund is possible but both sides (to & from) shipping charges & bank charges will be deducted. Refund is subject to product receipt in original packed condition at our warehouse.

Damage Product Received – In case of receipt of product in damaged condition, please mention on the waybill copy before accepting the product and inform RnM via e-mail/toll-free. In such cases, we will work with you to give the best possible solution and customers are entitled to 100% refund.

Wrong Product Received – Kindly preserve the original packing to pack the product for reverse shipment. In such cases we will change the product with customer approval or and the customer is also entitled to 100% refund as per customer discretion.

Missing Part – Kindly inform RnM for corrective action. Exchange and Refund are subject to customer discretion without any charges. Customer are requested to preserve the original packing may require for reverse shipment.

Don’t Like after usage – Customer may initiate a return or ask for a refund within 24 hrs of shipment of the product. Return approval is subject to original packing availability and the product must be resaleable condition. Charges will be deducted as per point no.3 after receipt of the product at our place.

Acceptance of all orders is at the sole discretion of the company even after payment. If the company cancels any order, you will get a full refund without any deduction.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance Sales items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates.
  • Items marked “non-Returnable” on the sale page.
  • Items you have already assembled.
  • However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
