Recliners India offers a one-year warranty covering the structure, mechanism, and foam for any manufacturing defects. During this period, Recliners India will repair or replace, provide a replacement for any defective component, or replace the entire product if it is found to be defective.

With normal use, foam will soften and conform to the shape of the user. It is not considered a manufacturing defect or a loss of resiliency, but is considered normal wear. If the change in foam shape is deemed excessive by Recliners India, then the above clause will apply.

If used, fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers are not covered by the above Warranty unless explicitly stated. Please follow the care instructions to prolong the life of these materials.

Modifications or alterations made to the products after purchase are not recommended and will void the warranty.

NOTE:

Please be aware that there may be a slight difference in the color of fabric and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. Different displays have different calibrations and resolutions, which leads to this issue.

It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

Since our products are designed for residential use only, warranties will not apply outside of residential use.
